Message	We are now living in the modern age, machines do almost everything. If we can process a letter on a machine it will get automated. Almost everything you can put in an envolope will go through a machine. The only person that will handle your letter by hand is the letter carrier. So if you don't want it broken or lost put it in a padded envolope or a box. We try to do our best but if you pack it well and use the correct shipping methode it will get there.
